Cancellation Policy
- In case of any cancellation/modification made to the reservations before 03 days of arrival date the first night will be charged as retention.
Room Charge Policy
- Hotel Check-In/Check-out time is 13:00 Hrs and 12:00 Hrs respectively. Hotel shall be charging 50% of above publish/rack rate if guests wants to extend the stay beyond check out time 12:00 Hrs till 18:00 Hrs (18:00 Hrs), full rate will be applicable. (Subject to availability)
Child/Extra Adult Policy
- A child below 5 years of age sharing same bed with parents is free of charge. Child above 05 Years and below 12 Years sharing same room is charged INR 600+taxes per day. Above 12 Years is treated as adult and can share the same room with an extra charge of INR 800+taxes per day.
Tax Policy
- Good and Service Tax -18% are applicable on above room charge at present, however if any other taxes levied by government in future, it will be applicable without prior intimation.
Settlement of Accounts
- Guests are requested to settle their bills at the time of check out. A signing facility is extended to those corporate accounts which have a credit facility with us, we will be glad to assist you for extension of credit facility. Advance payments can also be transferred electronically to our bank account.
